The Advisement Center at TUI University has been developed to provide the best possible service to all students without regard to age, gender, religion, national origin or sexual orientation. The goal of the Advisement Center is to ensure that our students have a smooth and successful educational experience. Students are assigned an Educational Advisor who is devoted to assist them in achieving their academic goals with the following services:

• Serve as the main point of contact for students.
• Assist students to understand the structure of their degree plan, requirements and transfer credits.
• Provide personalized course advisement based on student's personal schedule.
• Assist students with the registration process by phone or via email.
• Guide students through their course CD-Rom in their first session.
  • Ensure students are able to contact their professors
  • Assist students in understanding the course structure
  • Guide students on assignment submission
• Respond to student inquiries, whether by phone or email, within 24 business hours.
• Listen patiently and assist in identifying the best possible solution for student problems (which are often the cause of academic problems).
