University Complaint System

TUI University has created a University Complaint Resolution System (UCRS) aimed at ensuring speedy resolution of all complaints in a fair, efficient and collegial manner, without regard to age, gender, religion, national origin or sexual orientation.

The UCRS is open to all students. Students may submit a formal complaint through their student account by CLICKING HERE (https://sss.tuiu.edu). All complaints will be answered within 24 to 48 business hours of receipt.

Acceptable complaint topics that may be submitted through the UCRS include:

  • Professors do not provide timely feedback on course assignments
  • Professors do not provide grades in a timely manner
  • The Advisement Center did not respond to an inquiry in a timely manner
  • TUI staff treated you unprofessionally
  • The Financial Department did not respond to an inquiry in a timely manner
  • The Registration Department did not respond to an inquiry in a timely manner
  • The IT Department did not respond to an inquiry in a timely manner

All complaints will be reviewed and forwarded to appropriate departments for resolutions. The student will receive an email with the resolution to the complaint within 24 to 48 business hours. We strive to achieve a satisfying resolution to every concern.
