TUI University will defer 50 percent of the tuition during a session under the following circumstances. 1. The student makes payment for the portion of tuition not deferred at the time of registration for the session. 2. The amount of tuition deferred cannot exceed 50 percent of the total student's tuition for that session. 3. Full payment of the deferred tuition is to be made no later than the beginning of the seventh week of session (February 23, 2009). 4. The student agrees to be responsible for timely payment of tuition at the end of the deferral period.

Should I withdraw from the session or from TUI University prior to the end of the indicated session, I will be responsible for any tuition not subject to refund according to the TUI University policy on tuition refunds as stated in its official catalog.
