Edith Neumann, Ph.D.
Dr. Neumann is the Vice President for Academic Affairs and founding Dean for the College of Health Sciences and College of Education. Dr. Edith Neumann served as Dean of the School of Health and Director of the Center for Policy Research and Evaluation at California State University, and on the faculty of Boston University and Ben Gurion University. As the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Edith Neumann has administrative jurisdiction over the university Instructional Deans, Student Advisement, Enrollment Management and Institutional Research and the Library.

Dr. Afshin Afrookhteh, JD
Dr. Afrookhteh is the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs. In his previous roles at TUI he served as the Associate Dean for the College of Health Sciences and Education. Dr. Afrookhteh is an Associate Professor of Health Sciences and a Certified Health Education Specialist. In addition to other roles, he is chairing the university Institutional Review Board and serves as a legal counsel for student issues at TUI.

Shelia Lewis, Ph.D.
Dr. Sheila Lewis is the current Director of the Office of Institutional Research. Dr. Lewis served 20+ years in the Signal Corps of the U.S. Army. Upon retirement, she served as an Instructor and key advisor of Computer and Information Literacy Courses at Fort Hood, Texas for both Central Texas College and the Noncommissioned Officers Leadership and Development Program. Dr. Lewis holds a B.S. in Management Studies from the University of Maryland (European Division), an MBA and a Ph.D. in Business Administration both from TUI University.

Elna Van Heerden, Ed.D.
Dr. Elna Van Heerden is the Director of Course Quality Assurance at TUI. Dr. Van Heerden also an Associate Professor of Education.

Ms. AnnMarie Ziadie
Ms. Ziadie is the online librarian and electronic resource specialist at TUI. Ms. Ziadie holds a Master of Arts in Education and a Master of Science in Library and Information Science. She has been a professional librarian for more than a decade and has been at TUI for approximately 4 years.
